Ryan Patrick Heffernan

Ryan Heffernan is a location-based editorial and corporate photographer based out of Santa Fe, New Mexico.  His approach to both personal and professional work is rooted in a passion for creating images that celebrate light, the human spirit, and world cultures. The essence of these images is the way they capture moments of expression and a sense of place.  He  believes that it is essential to embrace the everyday moments that illuminate our common spirit. 

Recent projects include a feature shoot for Budget Travel Magazine on volcano trekking in Ecuador, and two feature shoots for Outside Magazine.  Other clients include the Sesame Workshop, SamataMason Inc., Sasges Inc. Runners World Magazine, and the National Geographic Society.
